The good: (1) The location can’t be beat (2) I made some of my closest friends living in the building (3) The maintenance team is fantastic

The bad: (1) WiFi goes out frequently (2) The apartments were cheaply constructed so appliances and fixtures start to break after about a year. By the end of my 3 year residency, I had maintenance requests in almost weekly (3) During the last year, the upper parking garage door was broken and left open for months, resulting in at least one car theft (4)... management doesn’t communicate move in or move out expectations well - things that are normally “wear and tear” are charged upon move out. I spent $600 on a carpenter and cleaner to remediate the apartment when I moved out, but was charged another $1200 by management (5) the property management team varies in quality - most of the really horrible people are gone now, but there doesn’t seem to be a standard for how residents are treated (6) about twice a year, something starts smelling really weird in the apartments (I think maybe it’s when they change over from AC to heat, etc) (7) the water quality is terrible - regularly request your filters to be changed otherwise the water starts smelling weird, killing plants, and causing hair loss/acne Read More

Quiet neighbors, young professional crowd, great location for walking to restaurants. Staff is quick to respond to requests and keeps facilities clean.

Excellent place to live. Excellent amenities and excellent and helpful staff. Great area and beautiful view of the city. Definitely love living here.

So many things to do and perfect location. We just moved to Minneapolis and we’re loving it. The building is in great shape and Managment is great.

We love it here! It’s such a great building with great walkability to everything! We would love it if these were condos! Great neighborhood!
