Couldn't Be Happier!!!
I rarely write reviews but this was a must because The Penfield and the individuals that work their went above and beyond since the start. From the fabulous tour given by Andrea, to the easy application process, till the move in day, it was all so easy. I was apart of a corporate relocation and needed to move in almost immediately. The manager, Anna and her team made it happen. I can say that moving across the country carries its laundry list of things to worry about but because of The Penfield,... finding a home was the one thing I knew I didn't have to stress over. The amenities, great location, clean apartments and reasonable prices are just the start of what makes this place the best place I've ever rented from.

Keep Doing Amazing Penfield!
Friendly, Fast and Fabulous move in process. Clean apartment to move into and no issues with with anything. Quiet facility. Great amenities to use. Not only all that but the staff is Fantastic!

I have loved it since day one!
Between the incredible staff, luxury finishings, and top-of-the-line amenities, The Penfield is an amazing place to call home. It's a place I can't wait to come home to at the end of the day.
