Great Location for UMN students!!
After being a resident at The Marshall apartments for the past 3 years, there are so many great things to rave about. Recently the whole clubhouse and office area were remodeled. As a student I love this because there us an abundance of sitting space for studying. They also have a computer lab that is available for residents to use 24/7. The whole ambience of the space is warm and inviting. I would recommend this propety!

Great location & property
The staff here is great and super helpful! Libby gave us a tour and the property was so nice, really love the amenities, especially the big private courtyards.
