We really love the unit we live in. It’s spacious, private, and quiet. My favorite part is we have TWO full bathrooms and plenty of space for us and the kids.

The avana property in general is a very nice community , only if the tenants would have respect for others living here and take care of there children and dogs at ALL TIMES, there is always garbage , cigarettes , dogs urinating at entrance and in and out of elevators, maybe if the carpet was in better shape they would start respecting the complex, maybe some more letters , emails etc with consequences if found guilty should be fined , THANK YOU ,
