My cousin lives here, & I came and stayed with her and her husband for a while and got a chance to explore the community. I live out in Kansas City, and out there, they do not have anything quite as nice as this place. The sheer amount of amenities here to choose from is insane!
What really stood out to me during my visit was the office staff and how kind and professional they are. They had a resident event this past weekend for valentines day (very well put together I might add), which I... accompanied my cousin to, and they had a whole display of cookies and candy and even did a donation drive. When talking with the staff lady that was there, she expressed all the great things she loves about this community - she was very nice and easy to talk to.
I grew up with my cousin and consider her my little sister, and it gives me reassurance to know that she has found a nice place to live with great staff and outstanding amenities they can get involved in. 610 West is a gem and one I would recommend to those looking in this area!

Beautiful apartment!
This place so much more sets have a gorgeous location close to the cities. Lots of restaurants, easy access to the highway.! The building is beautiful! Very state of the art! Bob and the maintenance team keep that place running smooth!

Do NOT live here!
Do NOT live here. I have had 3 packages stolen and my car hit in the parking lot and management has done NOTHING. I’ve had proof of delivery and they supposedly have cameras but don’t check them or help at all. I’ve emailed multiple times and they can’t even bother to respond. There is also NEVER enough parking. Management is more worried about new light fixtures in the office than the actual residents. Would NOT recommended.

Nice place to live!!
610 West Apartments have been my home since February, 2018. It is with pride and pleasure I write that my experience here has been the absolute best. From the time in 2017 when I first met Amy Fix, she has been attentive, helpful and friendly to me. Although management and staff members have changed, the new ones coming in give the same great attention to any of my needs. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Friends and family enjoy visiting me here.
