These apartments are incredibly beautiful in an ideal location. Wonderful management and the lady in the front office is amazing to work with. The complex is clean and has multiple multi use rooms available to tenants. Pet friendly is an understatement! All I can say is have you met Calvin?

Excited with our choice!
It has been 2 months since I've moved in and it has met all my expectations. The management team of Robin and Theresa is exceptional. They are always there when needed with a smile every time. If they are not there, building manager Dubei is there if you need him (embarrassingly, I had some really stupid questions but he smiled throughout. He's that awesome!) The area has been amazing with Edina being 2 minutes away and the Richfield part is sweet too. You are only a walk or short drive away... from Southdale Mall, great restaurants, nail salons, grocery stores, and Super Target. As far as the building, it is beautiful with great amenities. The dog park and heated indoor garage is everything. Plus the gym is all new. The neighbors are cool. Soundproofing is #1 as well as far as we have experience. Super happy to be part of this neighborhood and in Novo Apartments.
