The community electric and pest control services are still being illegally charged. (The rodent poison bait stations have never been maintained in the four years I’ve lived here, yet everyone pays a monthly fee.) Management will charge you if something breaks in community areas on your own accord and then doesn’t replace the property. Residents pay a monthly amenity fee while the concierge was dismissed before hiring a replacement. The maintenance staff does absolutely nothing daily to keep the... building in good condition. The Bower should be a great place to live, but unfortunately, it falls short and continues to lower its standards. .

Love The Bower and the staff is great, but something is VERY wrong with the billing from Conservice and need help figuring out why my HVAC charges are so high, despite NEVER using my Heat or A/C? Conservice was no help whatsoever when I called them. Thanks!

Overall, the apartment is okay and in a decent location. The unit is clean and quiet, which I appreciate. Maintenance responds when issues are reported. However, the kitchen does not have a table, which would be helpful for dining. This makes everyday meals a bit difficult. Storage space in the kitchen is also limited. With a few improvements, the apartment could be more comfortable to live in.

Overall moving to the bower has been a great experience! Everything is well maintained and kept up very modern. All neighbors are very polite and no loud noises are heard throughout the day and night.
