Walking into the unit from the front you have your living room, down the hall you will find two bedrooms both of good size, the bathroom is at the end of the hallway.

Through the hall you will find a dedicated dining area and very large sun room. Kitchen in back has access to the back stairway.

The basement has coin operated laundry shared with the other 3 units.

Street parking only, opportunity for a garage at $100 per month if added to the waiting list.

Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Renters insurance is required.

Cats are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Cat fee $20mo) Sorry No Dogs
