It was a hectic move in process since they formally start move-ins at the same day for all new residents, but overall, this feels like a good apartment with great proximity to campus.

It has been good! Clean apartment, nice amenities, and a lot of space. I gave one less star due to the fact I haven’t been told a lot about our apartment vs the last onr I lived in. Things about electricity, water, or wifi, I would have liked to have gotten a welcome packet or email with instructions or details about that.

I’ve lived at Solhaus Apartments for a while, and overall my experience has been mixed. On the positive side, the rooms are a good size, and the layouts make the most of the space. It’s a comfortable place to live in that regard. However, the building doesn’t offer many amenities compared to other apartments in a similar price range, which can be disappointing if you’re looking for extra perks like a gym, lounge areas, or community spaces.

Another concern is communication with the management... office. While they are polite when you do reach them, responses can be slow, and follow-ups sometimes require multiple attempts. The move in process was fairly easy and the office is always very helpful when you call. The apartments are nice and feel comfortable to live in.
