I really like this building! It’s very spacious, clean, and located in a convenient area near UMN campus. There were a few small maintenance issues, but the management team responds fairly quickly.

Lots of hidden expenses!! But fast access to help if you have questions. Maintenance isn’t quick to help and they tend to wait until you get frustrated and impatient in order to act on your requests. Nice apartments, but I would definitely not want to pay this amount again knowing all that I know now.

Unclean washer and dryer and machine bay upon arrival as well as key fob not working for a day. Still don’t have a working washing machine but over all the apartment works well for what I need it for and it’s not an issue as long as I am able to use my washer soon.
