Pretty good overall. The building is kept clean, I don’t really use the amenities. The unit is nice has a lot of space. Just wish there was a better view where I could open my windows but it’s right in the alley where people loiter and smoke

Love location and amenities. Would really appreciate more parking and safety measures around front of building (homeless people and aggressive catcalling every time I step outside, that scares any family or friends I bring over)
