Went and look at these apartments, Amanda the manager showed us around. She was incredibly pleasant. We are looking to downsize when we get our house sold man. It took the time to answer all of our questions and explain all the rules I would recommend contacting her if you’re in the market for an apartment.

I recently toured Ninety9 Lofts and was really impressed with the newly renovated units, they are beautiful! Amanda, who works on site, was amazing and super friendly. She walked me through everything and really helped me visualize what the community will become. The HUGE fridge and big pantry cabinet in the kitchen are awesome, and the views of the river are even better, you feel so close to the water!
Amanda told me about all of the amenities in the works like a brand new fitness center,... clubroom, sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, movie theater, indoor pickleball courts, GOLF SIMULATOR, and even floating docks! It honestly sounds more like a resort than an apartment complex…
It’s hard to find a better location than Ninety9 Lofts, not many places are right on the river for this price. GREAT SCHOOLS TOO! Excited to move in this summer!!!

I am so impressed with the apartment I viewed. The price point is so affordable and the amenities that will be offered once the renovation is completed seal the deal. I can’t wait to move in! Thank you Amanda for answering all my questions which were many!! I love your excitement of managing this building and the renovations..your enthusiasm was contagious!
