This is my fourth year here - overall, the apartments themselves are great. No major issues. But like any complex, my upstairs neighbors have no courtesy and make excessive amounts of noise all hours of the night. This is also supposed to be a non-smoking community, but weed has been a major issue as of late.

Great neighborhood and fast maintenance. Clean and pleasant common areas. The move in was quick and prompt. There are 2 garages on W Joppa side and Washington Ave side.
