Living in this condominium is truly a privilege. It’s a peaceful, safe place with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home from day one. The common areas are always well maintained, the gardens stay green all year round, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The community is respectful and supportive, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment.
One of its greatest advantages is the location close to everything, yet far enough from the city noise. It’s the perfect balance between... comfort, tranquility, and quality of life.

Management staff is great, and it's nice to always see the cleaning lady keeping the place looking nice. My room has had a persistent odor from the kitchen sink which has been rather unpleasant though. Other than that, location is fantastic with everything you could need within a 20 min walk.
