Living at the Stories has been a great experience. The property is well maintained, conveniently located, and the management team is very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

There two apartment buildings at Stories in Rockville. The buildings are located at1620 and 1628 E Jefferson St. We live in the 1628 building which is the newer of the two buildings. From speaking with people in our community, we have come to understand that the newer building at 1628 is the "better" of the two buildings. We have a two bedroom, two bathroom apt. Our rent is a tad higher than similar apts. in our area, but it is well worth paying a little bit more for the peace and quiet,... the friendly people, the clean exercise room, the clean interior of the building, the well landscaped property, the view overlooking the children's play area, the short wait at the elevator of no more than 15 sec., a good size parking lot that is never full leaving ample parking for visitors, a maintenance staff that responds quickly to fix problems, a management staff that hosts parties at holiday time, the convenience of nearby shopping, and the cheerful friendly people we have met here.
