I have had a great experience renting this condominium. The building is clean, modern, and very well maintained, with secure access and a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. Management is professional and responsive, always addressing requests in a timely and efficient manner. The common areas are well kept and create a pleasant environment for residents. The location is excellent, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation, making daily life very convenient. Neighbors... are respectful, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Overall, this condominium offers a high standard of living and is ideal for long-term rental. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed place to live in a convenient and peaceful area.

I’m about halfway into my lease and I haven’t had a better experience renting. Before moving here from out of state I had limited time to view other apartments and even in a position where I may need to rent completely sight unseen. I’m really glad I say no to the other apartments! Since I’ve become more familiar with the area, they all would not have been able to top living at The Stories. I’m really impressed with even the residents! It’s hard to believe I’m among so many conscientious people.... Great job to the staff who make this a pleasant, warm, clean,safe and inviting place to live.

The stories apartment is located very convenient place such as close to highway, train stations, restaurants and supermarkets. But disappointed to not have a media room and a coffee machines.

I really have loved living here. This apartment is a huge step up from my last apartment, so it is easy to fall in love with. I love the layout of my one-bedroom apartment; I especially love the open concept of the kitchen and living room. It's really a great apartment for entertaining friends. This area is completely new to me, and this apartment has really helped make it feel like home. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that my shower creeks when I stand in it, but I don't even... hear it anymore.
