Not recommended at all. Neighbors stomp through apartments at night. Some units let dogs bark profusely through their unit. Pest are a huge problem on the exterior. Maintenance is unprofessional and lazy.

I've already complained about other existing problems but there's a new one now that it's summer. It was way too hard to figure out how to get to the pool. The only visible entrance is permanently locked - there are no signs, and there is no communication via email or anything telling residents how to access it. What kind of community gives 0 information on how to use their amenities? I had to see someone in the pool, yell to get their attention and be told that I need to go to the basement... level and go through the BATHROOMS (they are labeled as bathrooms, not locker rooms) and there's a door that leads to stairs that go up to the pool. And mind you, that door has a fob access lock that DOESNT WORK. You have to then take the elevator to go back down to the "locker rooms". Spoke to 3 other residents who also didn't know.
Ridiculous levels of laziness and negligence from management (they used to be good at communicating and then fired the existing staff and went full silent).

This place has gone super downhill in the last 6 months. Seems like management changed and decided they wanted to pump up the profit numbers to new highs (classic) and started taking things away from residents - such as the formerly existent free coffee machine. It was broken and rather than replacing it, it just disappeared. Or the 2-3 familiar employees you used to see in the leasing office. Now it's just some random person I've never met always in there on their phone. Do not come here, do a... little research and find somewhere better, it's worth it ??

I like this place, the apartment I am renting is clean and cozy. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars - is because the building is old and needs refreshing inside just as it is being refreshed on the outside. Proximity of restaurants and massive trash containers results in horrible stench at the side of the building. Carpets should no longer be a thing in the hallways - there should be cleaner sound insulation. Design is dated and smell of gas and ppl cooking - hallways are long and it would... be great if ventilation was better etc.
