I hate the new advertising spaces--I feel encroached upon in my own home.

I do recommend living here if you like paying high prices for low quality. It is amazing that you can go across the street and pay $150/month more and get better quality amenities, a balcony, and new kitchen appliances! Did I mention there is no vents in the bathrooms at the Highline? Hello Mold! Want AC/Heat around you entire apartment, or a efficient AC/Heater that doesn't run 24/7? Well don't look The Highline Apartments! As an added bonus how about we throw in some costly parking. The places... across the street offer a gated/enclosed parking for a lot less, but not at the Highline because they do not have enough spots here so they charge you a high rate! Want a quality gym experience in the comfort of your community? No? Neither does the Highline! Who needs non-broken equipment when you they can just bring in Uncle Ted's old equipment to fill in some gaps. While the maintenance and cleaning teams are great, the management is less than desirable. They like to pass the buck and blame to others, and lie about pricing of things. Awesome building with great perks and even better management!

I recently toured this apartment building, and I had a great experience. Property Management - Maya was extremely helpful with answering all my questions and made me and my family feel welcomed. She was patient with my questions and changes. The apartment building has one of the best diverse culture settings I have come across. Overall, this was a 5 out of 5 experience for me. Anyone looking for culture, diversity and acceptance, this is the apartment for you.

I really enjoy living at The Highline for a variety of reasons. The location is incredibly convenient. It’s just a short walk to the metro station, the mall, restaurants, Safeway, and a movie theater. The team here is also fantastic. The concierge staff are always friendly and helpful, and they do a great job keeping mail and packages secure. The maintenance team is responsive, addressing concerns quickly and with excellent customer service.

I don’t have a pet, but I love how pet-friendly the... building is. It always brightens my day to see the adorable dogs coming and going. The pricing is also competitive for the area, especially considering the great amenities, including a well-equipped gym and coworking spaces with WiFi. Read More
