Well Taken Care of!

I truly appreciate how seriously this apartment complex takes resident safety. Before the storm, they were salting the roads. From the moment the storm began, the team has been proactive plowing roads and shoveling and salting sidewalks around the clock, both day and night, to ensure clear paths and safe roads. Special recognition to maintenance staff member Ryan for his hard work and dedication. It does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated

New Resident

I actually found out about this apartment complex from this site. The reviews made me schedule a tour and now I am a resident. The office staff and maintenance team have been great at responding in a timely manner and seem kind.

I wanted to shout out the maintenance team for being amazing. We are currently experiencing a snow storm and they have been great from preparing the complex to responding during and after the storm. They were even clearing the side walks at night along with the parking...
lot to help residents the next day. Then during the day, shoveling areas that they could.

Best Maintenance Crew in HoCo!!

It's unbelievable how quickly the Wexley's maintenance team went to work to clear the snow from the sidewalks and streets. Hats off to James, Ryan and crew!

Maintenance

Austin and the maintenance crew were on top of snow and ice removal right away. Their efforts really helped keep the community safe!

Best Maintenance Crew this side of Maryland!

James went above and beyond making sure snow and ice were handled well, and he and Debbie are always super quick to respond to maintenance tickets. It’s great to see that even snow doesn’t slow them down!
