And your on site office staff here at the Wexley, Jose and Candace, are just wonderful, kind, considerate and ALWAYS willing to help. Just the other day, Candace went over to the package room for me and checked to see if packages had been delivered - then she put them all together in a stack for me to come and pick up.and called me to let me know. Jose is always patiently answering questions for me, even the really stupid questions,.They also deserve a raise!. A big one!!! The complex is... always scheduling interesting events like wine tasting or bingo parties for the residents, at Xmas they organized a real sleighride around the complex for residents,with a beautifully decorated horse-drawn sleigh. Absolutely loved the real sleigh bells, xmas carols, the brilliantly decorated horse and sleigh, The kids in the complex were thrilled - you should have seen their faces riding in the sleigh., The maintenance staff is first rate, things get fixed right away and if you see them on the grounds they are always in a good mood and ready to help out - particularly James. The grounds are always beautifully maintained; snow removal is on the ball; we even have concierge trash pickup 5 nights a week at your apartment door!. Management is extremely pet friendly, with bowls of water and treats at the office when pets visit- there is a great dog park - From my balcony, I can see all the dogs straining at their leashes to get down to the park in the evenings when their owners get home. The apartments are very well designed spatially, making efficient use of the square footage; I absolutely love the use of so many large windows bringing in so much sunlight. All energy systems are electric powered, so much safer than gas. The location is perfect! At the corner of Md. Rt. 100 and 103,. I love to shop and it is only 5-10 minutes from the huge Columbia indoor mall and movies and restaurant park complex anchored by a Macy's, Nordstrom, J. C. Penny, and probably 200 specialty stores; The Mall has an extensive interior food court, and the restaurant park has an Uncle Julios, Cheesecake Factory, Mangianos, Blackwall Barn and Lodge, Seasons 52, and many more. there are so many great restaurants in the Columbia/Elkridge/Ellicott City are within 10 minutes of the Wexley, can't begin to name them, plus all the mundane regular chains Chick fila, Mcdonalds, Wendy's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Three Brothers, etc. Excellent medical care - every specialty and testing facility is just a

They made it easy. Knowledgeable staff with great attitudes.
Nicest apartments in the area and I've looked at a BUNCH.
If you're in the market come here first, look things over, set the bar, and then look around.
After a while you'll stop looking if you can afford it. It IS more expensive/SF but I want an apartment that I WANT to be in vs. one that's 'acceptable.'
