The parking garage is not secure. Multiple break ins in a single day. Cars on blocks with no wheels. Do not walk through garage at night. Police are very familiar with the location.

The Marlow seems nice when I moved in, but when I moved in the cracks started to form. First my stove was broke when I first moved in and I couldn’t cook for a solid two weeks. Second the “secure garage” is constantly left open and not secure. Along with this there are NO CAMERAS in the parking garage and when my rims got stolen the workers here basically told me that sucks and nothing else. Also speaking of the workers I have yet to meet one competent worker here, they’re either on a smoke... break or just not there and when you ask them a question they just don’t know the answer. And for the phone keys, I thought they were cool at first but they constantly don’t work leaving you LOCKED OUT OF YOUR OWN APARTMENT. I would genuinely rather live under a bridge than here. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!

Marlow is a community that clearly took a particular lifestyle and made it viable. As a busy healthcare professional, the 24-hour gym, trash receptacle locations, on-site storage, ample parking, retail partnerships, and smart home and community features really save me a lot of time and money.
I am proud to bring guests to my community, and even if I don't want them in my private home, there are ample, beautifully curated spaces to "host" family and friends that are also low- or no-cost.
