I previously lived at The Porter Brewers Hill, and when it came time to move back to Baltimore, I knew right away I wanted to return. The Porter Brewers Hill offers a great community, well-kept apartments, and excellent amenities at a very reasonable price. The location is super convenient with restaurants, shopping, and the harbor walkway nearby. It’s also very dog-friendly, which I love. Overall, it feels safe, quiet, and like home.

I’ve been living at the Porter for almost 4 years now and I hope to live here into the foreseeable future. The new management team has been very responsive and proactive. Over all it’s a great place to live. There’s a lot of conscience living here. There are a few things to work on but it’s not a reason to not live here. The price is also a big factor. We are an affordable community compared to other buildings in the area. If there would be a large increase in rent, i would consider leaving.
