Great, no problems. The leasing agent was nice and showed me all apartments I wanted to see. Process was smooth and fast, so no complaints. Still have not moved in

The hallways and elevators need to be cleaned.
Need at least one or two more handicap spaces.
Handicap door on Toone doesn’t work.
Where packages are delivered that guy needs help.
Is there a way to facilitate some sort of interaction with older folks? I’m not sure how this could happen. Let’s say I wanted to play cards can I announce somewhere that I want to make this happen? We could do a potluck, etc.

No complaints so far, apartment was very clean and modern. Loving the local amenities. Still getting used to the parking, but I’m time it should get better.

My husband and I have lived at The Lucie for a month now, and we have had a great time so far. It was a bit challenging to complete the official move-in documents, but Janee was incredibly helpful and patient with this transition and helped us the whole way. The indoor amenities are amazing (we cannot wait until spring and summer roll around to try the outdoor amenities). Maintenance has been great! We completed our move-in inspection, and they immediately created a work order to address the... small, fixable issues. To be honest, our unit was amazing; we found a few issues aside from unavoidable wear and tear from the prior tenant, which were very minimal. Overall, we are happy with our decision to move to The Lucie.
