Parking is by far the worst aspect
Of life at the Lucie - if a guest is going to be here past midnight tbh must be in the garage or they will be towed. Getting parking passes is hard to do and expensive. Making an arrangement with the property Managment so people could pay for passes would be a great solution. I would be happy to pay a monthly fee for a parking pass for guests.
