Living at The Lucie has been pretty decent. It’s an ideal location to access downtown and major thoroughfares. Local stores are easily accessible and walkable. And maintenance is responsive

It is a beautiful community. I already felt at home just during the tour. My apartment faces the pool area which I can see from the large windows in both the living room and bedroom. I am so excited to be signing my lease next week! There really is no place like home.

The staff has been incredibly responsive.
But I would like to see the handicap doors fixed. My husband is partially handicapped and it’s always a pain trying to get him in along with any other packages we might have. They have been in disrepair for as long as we’ve lived here. So it’s time to fix them. I haven’t looked it up, but I would guess that it is required by the ADA also.
