Great place to live! One of the elevators in the east building is down a lot. And mail is hard to get in package room B/C. Other than that, the staff is great, the apartments are great, the amenities and location are great. Having dunkin and starbucks right across the street is very taxing on my bank account.

3rd time submitting: I find the lack of acknowledgment & action regarding these complaints appalling. The only contact I received was related to a complaint about one of your staff members & while the behaviors have slightly improved, nothing else changed.
Traffic Management - Despite the presence of towing signs: What steps are being taken to have the tenant whose customers are causing the congestion assist in controlling the traffic? Why must other tenants suffer due to the failure to manage... a single tenant's customer traffic? - Was a traffic study conducted before this tenant moved in? If not, is one planned now?
Package Room Management - The condition of the package rooms is unacceptable & constitutes a failure of service. In my industry, service failures of this magnitude would lead to tenants withholding rent. - Is it not the responsibility of the Front Desk staff to maintain order in the package room?
I currently advise potential residents against moving to McHenry Row.

With the holiday season bringing an increased volume of packages, we have also communicated with residents to encourage timely pickup of deliveries. Great place to live, only thing is the elevators are down a lot but there’s 2 thankfully. Friendly staff and very clean. Also nice neighbors as well.

I really enjoy living at McHenry Row Apartments. My apartment is very comfortable, the amenities are top notch, and the staff are extremely responsive and thoughtful. The neighborhood is full of useful resources so most everything I need is within convenient walking distance. And, perhaps my favorite part, is that the apartments are pet friendly so I've met some truly excellent four-legged friends!!
