Union Heights is not a building I would recommend to anyone until serious improvements are made. The complex is dirty, stinks, and regularly experiences amenity issues that impact the overall living experience.

Union Heights is a community in desperate need of better management and allocation of resources. Mice run the halls. Pest control never comes. My air filter has only been changed once. Air conditioning unit has been broken at the beginning of spring both summers I’ve lived here and takes over two months for management to get the ball rolling on repairing it. Almost all of the elevators in the building are out of service and have been so over two months. Management is typically unresponsive until... a corporate email is cc’d in correspondence. The price is of rent is decent but not worth the issues.

Union Heights is a great community home that provides great accessibility and transparency to the residents. It makes living here comfortable, easy and friendly. The amenities along with the excellent staff give the residents the home living experience to die for!!!
