I’ve just moved into my new apartment, and I’m so happy with my experience so far! The community is quiet and clean. Though there is something needs to be fixed after we moved in, the maintenance team responded quickly.
The layout is spacious with plenty of natural light, and the appliances work perfectly. Parking is easy and convenient, and the surrounding area feels very safe. I also love how close it is to grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday essentials — super convenient for my daily... routine.
The leasing office has been amazing as well. They respond quickly, answer all my questions, and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, I’m really impressed. It already feels like home, and I’m looking forward to living here. Highly recommend!

I haven't had many issues living here personally, trash is valet which is nice. Any maintenance issues I have are resolved quickly and effectively. Amenities are kind of slim (Gym has equipment but some broken, Dog run not extremely maintained, Community Grill almost never has propane, Car Vacuum station hose is broken.) I will say parking is a nightmare, especially in the summer, and there are no cameras in the parking lot. Overall not a bad place to live, a little on the pricier side.
