Giving three stars as this is an average community. The amenities are lacking, the gym is old and small, the pool is only fine. Trash pickup is inconsistent at best. I moved here originally to try and save some money on rent. Yet the rent costs climb every year, and now this is no longer one of the cheapest options in town, while still being the same community that doesn’t offer much to justify the new prices. Other than being able to walk to downtown Annapolis, there really isn’t much of an... upside that would convince me to move here.

It’s so clean and beautiful I love the fact they they clean the buildings everyday and that the trash removal people are so friendly it’s all around a lovely place to live
