It's a nice and clean residential community, and I recommend it. They have wonderful staff in the office and maintenance department.

I have rented commercial space on the first floor of this building since 1998. When ownership and management were local, everything was fine, even though there were leaks in the ceiling every 2-3 years from the apartments upstairs. Ownership has changed, more than once, in the last five years to companies in Beverly Hills, CA 90210 and management couldn't care less. They provide poor cleanup services for a leak we had about three years ago and wouldn't compensate for lost books and pictures,... they have left us without lighting for half the office since May, a large hole in the ceiling from another leak since September and no heat since October. Apartment building is clean, tidy, and well maintained. Quiet and peaceful.

I've been leaving there for 5 years and the reason I'm still there it's security and also very clean I also love the accessibility to the store, school,and bank even the Post office everything is around love it
