I’ve been here for 3 1/2 years and I’m very happy. I don’t plan on leaving for a while. Staff and maintenance is great, quiet complex, and there are parties and events that management puts on for us. Plus living next to Wonderland station is such a privilege!

I honestly love it here but it can get very loud and annoying. One thing driving me crazy is the noise from the trains. It’s also very loud when it’s windy outside. I can hear whooshing and rattling from the windows and vents. I would like to see what it’s like to live on the other side of the building.

I think one of the best parts of living here is having management that actually cares about residents’ experience. Lindsey does an amazing job & you can tell she genuinely cares. There are regular community events & I appreciate how clean the amenity areas are kept. I’ve only needed to call for maintenance once so far for a minor issue but I was pleasantly surprised how quick the response was. The maintenance team is also very professional & I don’t feel like I need to worry about them entering... my apartment if I’m away. Being so close to the beach has been amazing! & the views are to die for. I’m glad I chose this to be my home. Very peaceful.
