Best place to live. Management is the best. Couldn’t have found a better property to call home. All the amenities are amazing. Having the beach across from the street is just amazing.

My experience applying and signing a lease at 500 Ocean in Revere, MA was incredibly smooth and positive. From the start, the leasing team was friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. They walked me through each step clearly, making the process stress-free and straightforward. The online application and lease signing made everything super convenient. I appreciated how transparent they were about pricing, utilities, and move-in details—no surprises. The building is... clean, modern, and well-kept, with great amenities and a perfect location near the beach and public transit. It truly feels like a welcoming community, and the staff go above and beyond to make new residents feel at home. I’m really excited to start this new chapter at 500 Ocean and would highly recommend it to anyone looking in the Revere area

There are so many reasons 500 Ocean Ave is a great place to live. Not only are the apts. modern and spacious the staff throughout the building is amazing. I can’t say enough positive things about the maintenance & leasing teams. They all work very hard to keep our community beautiful/clean and safe. The amenities though out the building are great. 5stars & highly recommended.
