I have lived here for almost five years and have always loved it but I am now compelled to write a review due to the incredible staff here, from the property manager (Becky), to the leasing agent (Luis) to the concierges! The have always been friendly and professional but o recently encountered an issue that cost me a lot of money unexpectedly, and I was beyond impressed and grateful how much effort the entire staff put in to make it up to me and rectify the issue.i can’t say enough good things... about them and I hope the building stays as well run for many years to come.

I love the area, the people who work hear Monday through Friday! Weekends things tend to fall off, from cleanliness in the building to the concierge not opening the doors and just sitting on their phones then digging for my phone to manage to unlock the doors. The dog park needs a-lot of help/love, and doordashes or Amazon packages being left in the doorways rather than at the desk. Luis, Becky, and Geo are the ones I see hustling and bustling and going out of their ways to help out residents.... But when it comes to people and neighbors, it’s a different ball field. Maintenance is always a 10/10!
