I have lived at Alta for over a year now and I've just recently renewed my lease for another period. The staff in the leasing office are wonderful. However, a special shout out goes to Ryan from the maintenance team - Ryan is very knowledgeable and helpful, and definitely goes above and beyond to make sure residents are very happy with the quality of everything in their apartments. Apart from that, our resident events are great!

Overall I believe that it is a great community for people like me. Young and just getting started with live but even with that it's also multi-generational what you have families from all different walks of life being able to interact with each other especially during the community events. The management team are really nice people who are quite helpful whenever needed. I love the community events that they do from time to time just so that people can know who's who in the apartments and also... get to know their neighbors. Overall it's just a great experience.

Maintenance man Ryan is very helpful!
Quick and friendly service. Maintenance man Ryan fix our water pressure and heat issue within minutes, provided great explanations and diagnosed another problem in the unit pre-emptively. Cody, the apartment manager, has also been very helpful in getting ourselves acquainted with the new building.
