I have come to shift all my things and have stayed for 3-4 days till now, the hospitality is really impressive. Moreover, the facilities The Nines has provided really makes it exciting for us to live from next month.

Improvements continue to be made and maintenance (which can be challenging) continues to be addressed (elevators for example) but generally it’s quite nice and well located - would like to have some kind of food/dining option in retail space and perhaps some concession from town to put a little pedestrian cable bridge or something crossing the river where the short trail is that could make a loop more possible though this is icing on a pretty decent cake

The chute area needs to get clean and the carpet in front of the third floor is dyed. We are not aware of events in the building that I am hoping to get more events in summer.
