I’ve lived here for 90 days now and honestly, it has exceeded my expectations for the most part. The buildings and common areas are always clean, and clutter free. They maintain the properties well too, the maintenance team is outstanding for any requests. The only opportunity is there is a tree on my walkway and the tree is a little overgrown so you can have to walk through it when walking down the sidewalk. That’s all. The office staff is so nice and accommodating as well. Some may say the... rent is pricey, and while it is above average, the maintain the property better than others in the area.

We had been looking for a apartment for a little bit, I came across the ad for Summit Place and was happy to see all the amenities they offered. , And we went and saw a unit. We both were very excited. We than put in a application. We ended up with a slight issue. The company Made a few calls and was doing all they could to make sure we got approved. We felt so very so greatful and New at that moment we were going to be completely Happy with our decision. A few days later we got the approval... and signed a lease. They went out of there way to make sure the process was easy and not stressful. Moving can be stressful as it is. Summit Place will make it that much easier to live here. The views are awesome ,The apartments are good size. And Pet Friendly.

Great people so far very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend the front desk is very kind. The room is good so far and all the neighbors seem to be very helpful as well. Love the balcony.
