The property is very clean. The gym is well equipped with excellent equipment. Once we had a clogged food disposal. The response by maintenance was quick and efficient. I like that it is pet friendly, since we have two cats. There is plenty of seating in the lobby.

1st day moving in. Easy entry with elevator. People are friendly and staff is helpful. Apartment was clean upon arrival and keyless entry was no issue setting up.

Nice luxury building, the lobby has great space for people to relax, have meetings and play pool. The gym is great except I’ll prefer more equipment to use. The downside is the mice infestation, I’ve experienced three mice running around my apartment. I’m a very clean person and I’ve experienced this within 6 months of living here, a email on this infection would have been nice, didn’t know this building was having so many issues. The windows have air blowing in due to bad installation and I had... to pay a very high electric bill because of my heat being on all winter. I hear my neighbors upstairs walking around very hard every day. I see that the monthly emails have just continued, I would love to see more events and challenges where people can earn things. It will get more people involved.

Living at Hathon has been a great experience. The community is well-maintained, secure, and thoughtfully designed with residents’ comfort in mind. Love living in a brand new building. I feel safe because you can only get into the building with your phone. We have had a couple minor problems and maintenance was very quick to respond
