I recently Just moved in, super easy and enjoyable so far! Love the access to shops close by and all of the amenities Hathon has to offer. Oksana is great to work with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner

I’ve enjoyed living here the last two years! Most of the neighbors are very friendly and respectful. Leasing office and maintenance staff are readily available and accommodating!

The entrance and elevator vestibules need to be painted. The elevator areas on each floor need to be painted. The areas look old and the paint is faded.

Hathon it's an amazing place to live! Everything is taken care of for you, the grounds are beautiful, the pool is beautiful and all the amenities are beautiful!
The staff is amazing they are always willing to help with any problem you have and everything is addressed very quickly!
We have community get togethers every month we have a couple of them and they are so much fun!
