I do like the look of my apartment it’s very beautiful. I do have dislikes in which are the amount of dogs that urinate and poop by my patio. I don’t like that my neighbors above me sound like they are stomping and they are just walking around their apartment. The noise above me is my biggest complaint. I don’t like that so much air blows through the cracks of the windows. My apartment is freezing all the time. My heat has to be constantly running on 80. I will say that maintenance is pretty... good. The apartments are beautiful but poorly constructed.

Nice amenities but sad to see it’s all left out durning winter and not taking care of. Like seeing the way they do monthly calendar with activities.

great community, lots of events each month for kids and families, pet friendly, staff is great. a lot of police presence for a few apartments
