As previously mentioned, the building has consistent mice infestation, hallways constantly smell like smoke, neighbors are loud and inconsiderate (running up and down hallways yelling at 2 am some nights), and most recently my car was damaged in the parking lot and I still have not heard anything in regards to figuring it out

We are in love with our apartment. We haven't had a single problem! Everything is beautiful, clean, and smells wonderful. The events are great.

Nice place to live so far and workers are very nice. My kids like that we have a gym and a pool so they can't wait for nice weather to go swimming.

I do like the look of my apartment it’s very beautiful. I do have dislikes in which are the amount of dogs that urinate and poop by my patio. I don’t like that my neighbors above me sound like they are stomping and they are just walking around their apartment. The noise above me is my biggest complaint. I don’t like that so much air blows through the cracks of the windows. My apartment is freezing all the time. My heat has to be constantly running on 80. I will say that maintenance is pretty... good. The apartments are beautiful but poorly constructed.
