They have nice facilities, but management could care less about the tenants. Whenever you raise any problems or ask for help, they are either rude or unsympathetic and tell you it's not their responsibility. Security does also not seem to be very high on their priority list. Not worth the high rent they charge.

I’ve had a really positive experience at Alta French Hill so far. The front office staff has always been friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything, and the maintenance team has been professional and quick to handle requests. The community is well kept and it’s been a great place to live overall.

I am an older recent move. I have been fortunate to have lived all over the world and Alta French Hill is 5 Star! apartments, additional facilities for R&R
Highly recommend this complex! Centrally located with all needs within 5 minutes!

If you haven't already, check out the Farmer's Market every Saturday behind City Hall! This is within walking distance and is held outside every Saturday, all summer long, with lots of local vendors, great food, and beautiful, locally made products from soaps to candles and unique vintage finds.
