Managment very kind and helpful! Also, we met a new dog family as well! our neighbors were kind. I am also excited to use the gym! I cannot wait for my new experience in my new home.

I initially chose The Bixby for proximity to my job, but once I toured the building I knew this was home. From the moment I contacted the leasing office for a tour, I’ve had nothing but professional interactions with every member of the staff from the office, maintenance, etc. If I ever have a question or issue, they respond immediately and with truly genuine care.
I moved from several states away so had slight sticker shock at Massachusetts’ rent prices, but The Bixby is luxurious for an... excellent price and comparable to the local area’s independent landlords. The only utility I pay is electricity, where almost every other place I looked at didn’t include utilities at all, didn’t allow pets, and were priced higher! They have a keyless entry system which is very convenient; letting guests/deliveries in without needing to go down to the lobby has been a perk I didn’t know I was missing until now! I’m very glad that I chose The Bixby, and would highly recommend this community to anyone.

Moved in yesterday and the community was so welcoming! So many people were saying hi and trying to help on their way out or in. The common area is beautiful!

The Bixby is more than an apartment building, it’s my home! The only small downside is the tight parking spots but the building location, the apartment decor/furnishings, the thick walls that prevent hearing neighbors is what makes this the perfect place to live.

Place is great, however the leasing agent is not friendly, did not seem to care during every encounter, and just always seems to be in a bad mood. She is not approachable, nor comes off as if she cares about your best interest. Conversation with her is hard to conduct, and limited.
The unit pre move in was dirty, and was not cleaned. Although I do love this apt, I was very unimpressed when moving in with how it was not close to move in ready.
Great place overall, just very poor when it comes... to the little things that matter.
