For the most part I’m pleased living here. I wish the outside windows would be cleaned. Also the windows seem drafty and need slates repaired/updated on inside windows.

Everyone that lives in the building are really nice ppl very friendly and looking out for each other it's a very pet friendly community also ppl in the office are very caring and work with you with whatever you need

As a new resident, I would like to commend the support staff. Everyone has been extremely supportive and helpful in making our move as smoothly as possible.

Managment very kind and helpful! Also, we met a new dog family as well! our neighbors were kind. I am also excited to use the gym! I cannot wait for my new experience in my new home.

I initially chose The Bixby for proximity to my job, but once I toured the building I knew this was home. From the moment I contacted the leasing office for a tour, I’ve had nothing but professional interactions with every member of the staff from the office, maintenance, etc. If I ever have a question or issue, they respond immediately and with truly genuine care.
I moved from several states away so had slight sticker shock at Massachusetts’ rent prices, but The Bixby is luxurious for an... excellent price and comparable to the local area’s independent landlords. The only utility I pay is electricity, where almost every other place I looked at didn’t include utilities at all, didn’t allow pets, and were priced higher! They have a keyless entry system which is very convenient; letting guests/deliveries in without needing to go down to the lobby has been a perk I didn’t know I was missing until now!
