Everyone is so nice here! In our old building no one would talk to each other, but you can really tell Bancroft Lofts has worked hard to establish a community. We've been pleased by the amenities and how well the appliances work. The mail room is very functional. We did learn the walls a thin so you can hear the neighbors but it hasn't put us off living here. At this time, a 10/10 living experience!

My boyfriend and I have enjoyed the last year and a half here at Bancroft! From the amenities to the community events to the staff that keeps everything running so smoothly. We loved our home here, and we will miss it as we are moving.

I have lived in 7 apartment buildings in the last 4 years due to my job and I have to say that this complex has been the best experience I have had renting in my entire life. Between the maintenance team quickly responding to any request you put in, and the leasing office being there to answer any and all questions you could have, it has been the most pleasant experience I could have asked for.
