I’m glad to hear you enjoy the town, appreciate the convenience of our location, and... have had positive interactions with our management and service teams. We also appreciate your honest note about areas of the property feeling worn. After many years of steady use, updates are certainly needed, and over the past two years we’ve made significant improvements to refresh and enhance the community. These include: Renovated the dog park, Added an additional access-control system for the package room, Installed a new outdoor gas fireplace just outside the pool area, Replaced the sidewalk lighting around the clubhouse, Replaced all 11 building entry intercom panels, Extended clubhouse hours during the summer pool season, Completed a full parking lot and roadway resurface and re-striping, Replaced all 12 gas barbecue grills throughout the property, Resurfaced the pool with a new pebble finish, Replaced flooring in all 11 buildings’ interior breezeways and entrances, Currently halfway through repainting those same interior hallways and entrances, Installing new, energy-efficient LED lighting in all breezeways and entrances. Coming this year in 2026: A complete fitness center renovation with brand-new equipment, and A community garden featuring weekly harvest events led by a professional farmer, offering hands-on learning and a shared experience for all residents. We hope these efforts, along with the upcoming enhancements, help demonstrate our ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving the community you’ve called home for so long.
