I had the most wonderful tour at the Kinloch today . Justin gave a phenomenal and informative tour ! I had been touring many apartments around the area and just stumbled upon kinloch while I was driving . I called the office and came right in for a tour . This place is exceptional. It’s clean, extreamly modern and the floor lay out was stunning . I didn’t feel any pressure or obligation to immediately choose these apartments from Justin. He was transparent , friendly and made apartment hunting... which is very stressful , relaxed and easy. His top notch service and the ambiance of the complex are going to make me sign this lease. I felt so comfortable and at home already. If anyone is looking for a place to move to , please consider Kinloch, and visit Justin -you will not be disappointed.

Things have gone downhill the past year in this community. With the biggest issue being obnoxious noisy neighbors with nothing truly being done about it. In the past I would have recommended this community to friends and people I know but that has recently changed. The one thing I do like are the amenities, such as the Gym and Clubhouse. Plus there are several restaurants within a short distance from the Community.
