Nice staff, fast maintenance. Overall very happy with the experience living in at tempo! I would love to see more events getting organized like valentines day.

I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. It's a fantastic community: great quality units, great value for the money, great amenities and staff, and great location to Alewife. I highly recommend.

The only downers are the parking, which is very limited, and traffic since Rt2 is a busy road during rush hour on certain days.

All-in-all, the decision to move here was absolutely the right one. Highly recommend.

Moving into this apartment has been a pretty positive experience overall. The unit itself is clean, bright, and well-maintained, with modern appliances and a layout that feels comfortable for day-to-day living. The community is generally quiet, and I appreciate the secure entry and well-lit hallways. Maintenance has been responsive so far—any small issues I noticed during move-in were fixed quickly. The location is definitely one of the highlights; it's close to grocery stores, cafés, and public... transit, which makes errands and commuting a lot easier. The ladies at the leasing office and the building repair team are truly great. They are all helpful in getting things done. I would list them as the best feature of Tempo.

Tempo is the best place to live because of how dog friendly they are, and how close to public transit they are as well...I would recommend to anyone!
