I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. It's a fantastic community: great quality units, great value for the money, great amenities and staff, and great location to Alewife. I highly recommend.

The only downers are the parking, which is very limited, and traffic since Rt2 is a busy road during rush hour on certain days.

The community is generally quiet, and I appreciate the secure entry and well-lit hallways. Maintenance has been responsive so far—any small issues I noticed during move-in were fixed quickly. The location is definitely one of the highlights; it's close to grocery stores, cafés, and public... transit, which makes errands and commuting a lot easier. Noise levels are usually low, although occasional hallway sounds are normal. Overall, it’s a nice place to live if you're looking for convenience, decent amenities, and a clean, functional space.
