I love the building, apartment staff, and the neighborhood. Most folks are friendly and very pet-positive. Unfortunately, the rent prices are getting too high for my budget.

Generally the building is well maintained and quiet. People are respectful and staff is friendly. Occasionally things need repair but management is usually quick to respond to any issues.

We've just signed a lease for our third year living at Ora. We love our apartment overlooking Boston Harbor and Logan airport -- always something fun to watch.

The cleaning staff keeps the common areas, elevators and elevator lobbies, and main lobbies sparkling clean and welcoming. The maintenance staff are responsive, competent, and efficient. The leasing staff are accessible and responsive. Concierges capably handle package deliveries and provide a friendly face 24/7.

The Silver Line Way T... stop is just steps from our door, giving ready access to the T.

Ora's residents include young professionals, active older folks, and many friendly dogs.
