snow removal/cleanup, not so great. Service requests should be completed with a form left in the apartment so that I'm aware that someone has been here and completed the request

We really like living at the Rockwell. The apartments have nice amenities and the community feels safe and friendly. They’re very pet friendly with a dog park and grooming area which we like to bring our dog to frequently. The maintenance staff is fantastic. They have always responded to requests within 24 hours and are always very friendly and helpful.

The price, location, and community are fine. The extreme lack of parking is abysmal. Many residents have to park in visitor spots far from their apartment because there is only space for about half the residents at most.
