I have really enjoyed my experience living at the Marquee of Andover, as it offers a comfortable and well-maintained environment that feels like home. The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, which makes everyday living both convenient and enjoyable. I appreciate how responsive and professional the management team is, as they consistently address any concerns in a timely manner. The amenities, especially the fitness center and common areas, add a lot of value to the overall... living experience. I also find the location ideal, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and major routes. Overall, I would confidently recommend the Marquee of Andover to anyone looking for a welcoming and high-quality place to live.

Used to be great, before new management

The reviews of this apartment are likely skewed high because it used to be nice before the new management took over. I moved here in 2021 and it was a nice place with great people.

When the new management took over a few years ago everything changed. Things break all the time but there is just one over-worked maintenance person to handle everything. So all he can do it just temporarily fix the problem. If the problem is deeper, management just ignores it. For example, elevators break at least... once a month. The package room used to have a lock, but it broke and they just didn't fix it (for 2 years).

Also many people who have moved in more recently play loud music at night. The place (especially the first floor) reeks of cannabis every night. Not too long ago, wheels were stolen in the parking lot and management did nothing about it.

Also the person who works at the office is not on top of things. I send email for weeks about important billing topics and they go ignored. I have seen 3 instances of people who come Saturday morning for a tour and they wait for hours only to give up and leave.

Don't move here.

PS I have a friend who lives in a luxury apartment in Cambridge MA (a pricey area). It is absolutely stunning for comparable size. She pays less in rent than I did here.
