Helpful and Friendly Staff The staff at Waterside were really helpful and answered all our questions. The environment was clean and cozy.

Management does nothing to address issues with other tenants. Neighbors smoke so much weed the entire building smells. It’s embarrassing! Neighbors also play music loudly at all hours. This place is a dump!

Maintenance Request Maintenance did a awesome job with fixing my washer, Waterside at Castleton is the best place to call home.

Not enough noise canceling insulation between floors. To much noise downstairs. Also the cooking smells that travel up stairs is unpleasant.

Maintenance Had my water heater replaced after having to listen to a very loud awful noise it produced from sun up to sundown.

I moved into this unit from my old unit and this unit was supposed to be an upgrade although that wasn’t the truth as told to me.

The water heater that was just replaced made this terrible noise as if there were rocks inside just bouncing around waiting explode.

Talk about many sleepless nights having to try everything I can to drown out the loud noise.

I work from... home and would have to work in frustration listening to the noise from the water heater.

After a couple of years it has finally replaced.

I honestly had low hopes about it being addressed until I heard from maintenance that they would be coming to replace it.

The maintenance technician was Eric and he’s addressed some other issues in my unit before and he always does great work and very professional.

I’ve been at waterside since 2016 and I’ve seen so many staff members come and go from the front office to maintenance.

I can assure you this whole time living in these apartments, Eric is the best maintenance technician I’ve see here by far.

He’s very good at his job, very knowledgeable and beyond professional.
