Clean and Quite Grounds are kept clean and feel very safe. So many conveniences in the building. Nice laundry rooms, inside storage and so much more.
Also the maintenance crew has been great!

Rate and Review St Andrews is a nice place to live in a great area of Greenwood. Friendly people with great staff. Community events to bring residents together. I feel the rent is too high for as old and outdated as it is here. Overall it’s a nice, peaceful place to call home.

I had a great experience during my apartment tour. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. They answered all of my questions patiently and made the entire process easy and comfortable. The apartment and community were clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Thank you for the excellent customer service—I truly enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend this community to others!

Fixed the AC & toilet handle replaced Corey did an awesome job. I did have hsrdly any air co.ing out the vent. He checked the AC outside, needed a fellow to come charge it. Aftet AC was up & running for 5 minutes the temp in apt went down 3 degrees. A new toilet handle was replaced on toilet. Thank you Corey for getting my AC up & running & replacing toilet handle!!!!
