St Andrews Rate & Review Old, slightly rundown apartments with outdated, mostly non useful amenities. However, they take good care of the grounds, have a great maintenance staff and location is in a nice area of Greenwood close to so many places.

The best apartments in America I just love this place. It feels like a five star hotel, and the receptionist Tomie is the right person for this mansion. I believe I’ve found my home.
