Move in issues We got the keys to our new apartment a week before we actually moved in. We advised the day after we got the keys the apartment smelled like smoke pretty bad. We waited a day because we got keys on a sunday and the staff that day stated they work part time and dont handle any issues we'd have to wait for full time staff to come in monday. It took them 3 days to go into the unit and they agreed it smelled like smoke. Apparently they have 1 guy who can handle the deep cleaning of... vents or whatever and he was on vacation until today, the day before we move in. The solution to this issue is they can do a vaporclean of the apartment but then we have to leave the apartment for 24 hours and asked if i wanted to schedule this service..... we have no where to go for 24 hours. We have 2 kids and 2 pets with us. Are they going to put us in a hotel or something? Youre telling me with all the maintenence men and carpet installers no one smelled the smoke that smacks you in the face when you open the door? On top of that they just flat out didnt set up our internet thats included in rent, didnt give us a trash can thats included in rent, sone of the apartment had not been cleaned, and 2 appliances were having issues the day we got keys. Not off to a great start. The woman who gave us a tour was wonderful, the apartment is big and spacious and a really good upgrade compared to where we live now, but all these issues before we even move in is very upsetting. Move in On move in day we got the keys to our apartment and a folder with information in it but when we had questions was told we needed to speak to full time staff on Monday. Our apartment as soon as we walked in smelled of cigarettes and maybe chemicals from the new carpet that was laid down. The washer was flashing saying it was sensing a load, the stove said a burner was left on and had to mess with all knobs to get it to shut off, the space over the fire place was very dusty and dirty, the... ice maker in the fridge isnt working but not sure how to tell if its on or off and was not given any kind of move in inspection paperwork not sure if we are supposed to do that or if its just not offered. Maintenance Review I am so pleased with Autumn Chase's Maintenance, William. He is always so prompt and courteous. My washing machine was having an issue. He let me know that a replacement part was on order and that the problem would be fixed as soon as the part came in. It came in the very next week and he replaced it immediately. He did a quick and professional job

Same day service! We had an issue with temperature not holding on our furnace. We called the office after they opened in the morning, and by the time we got home from work, William had been there, fixed it, and left us a note of what he did. Thank you!
