As good a place as any The 'valet' trash fee will never not annoy me--both the amount and being unable to opt out. And it'd be nice to actually see the lines in the parking lot instead of just guessing where each spot is. But we're mostly comfortable staying here

Maintenance Since I moved in I have had minor maintenance request and they have all been completed within reason. Communication is always on point. They let me know when they have received it, reviewed it, and when it’s completed. Moe is great and always smiling when I see her around the complex. The office staff Donna is amazing and always willing to help and answer questions. Great experience so far! Thank you

Wonderful staff Recently rented at Woods of Castleton. The process from securing the apartment to move in was informed and seamless. Donna, in particular, was significant in this total experience. She is highly professional and a true asset to Woods of Castleton. My only suggestion is to make the lease agreement available before move in day. It would allow for careful review before the actual move day which is frequently a bit stressful. In total, great experience.
