Great service Submitted my request at 1pm had all my issues fixed by 4:30pm. Received notification that they received my request called to confirm and sent another email when they were completed. Great communication overall.

Air Condition issue The reason for my rating is because my issues with my unit are resolved in a very slow manner. I am awaiting the status of my AC. There was an attempt to fix my AC but it was left undone and no explanation on what needs to happen. Communication is not that great.

Good staff good quiet place to live. Winter could have had sidewalks clear lots of ice. Spring is so much better grass is kept up very well staff friendly always willing to help
