Bathroom Issues Toilet kept running. Shower stuck in shower mode and tub, sink drained slow. Eli fixed everything in a timely manner.

Two out of the three issues resolved. Black residue coming out of shower still being reviewed. However, maintenance was friendly and professional. Maintenance recommend/put in a separate order to seal the bathtub just seeing it was needed. I appreciated that.

Are you kidding? It is clear from the beginning of the tour that The Woods of Castleton has seen its better days a very, very long ago.
Its sad, (and a complete waste of time on my end) that these apartments are advertised by the as "luxury apts. " by the owners.
The apts. have simply been neglected, for years and have no meaningful interior upgrades for decades.
The only luxury The Woods of Castleton Apts. has enjoyed over the years has gone into the owners pockets.
Im sure the owners... KNOW that compared to other Apts. that have been built recently in the North Indianapolis area,they cant compete with 30 year old stoves, bubbling cheap lanimate floors, walls patched like swiss cheese, worn out carpets on their very last leg, etc.
I'm being brutally honest, the owner's have probably deleted this review already but I'm actually trying to help them.
Your apts. have deteriorated for years, instead of keeping them iup to the times, you pocket money that should've gone into upgrades while lowering rental priced compared to the "up to date, current" market to attrack tenants.
That can only work for so long, its obvious that your property is close to the tipping point.

Need new property manager I’ve lived here for six years. I pretty much love my apartment hence why I have not left.. however this new property manager has no clue on what he is doing how he is doing and how terrible he actually is. He does not come out of the office., he does not engage in any resident activity, he has no compassion, and has violated more housing infractions can count. The only thing he seems to care about is money not the people.. not even keeping a clean property. Thank God... for the regional manager, she’s the greatest and the property owner is very helpful. Unfortunately, I’ve had to email him several times, but I’m thankful that he’s responded or at least taken care of my issue. Hopefully next year me and my mom can move or get a new property manager. They have let too many good people go.
