Prices don't reflect value Issues are predominantly with children and teens not being supervised. Many townhomes house 2 or 3 times the occupancy allowed and nothing is corrected; even after reporting. Marijuana use is not strictly controlled and violations are not enforced. Property is in a great location however subpar overview and management of problems is causing decline.

Forced I have lived here for 7 years. THEY decided to change and add so called amenities. First you had a choice to pay for valet trash now you don’t but they don’t tell you that it’s under “ utilities”. The same with the washer and dryer. It’s now every apartment has a washer and dryer but a lot of people didn’t know that until they turned the laundry room into a dig bath. Now the internet is $49 a month! Those of us who have lived here is forced to take on this expense and the new residents,... from what I was told by new staff, is they don’t mention it until AFTER the application is submitted and non refundable.
