Ten Days and Two Requests Later The thermostat was not functioning properly. The furnace was running until the room temperature rose to 8 degrees above "set" temperature. An easy fix. Replace the thermostat. That was done well. However, the new thermostat is smaller than the previous one. Now there's two screw holes from the old mounting exposed as well as an unpainted area. The work is done, but the job is not complete.

Outdoor damage The office has been great with keeping me up to date on how they are going to fix some outside structure damage.

Maintenance This was fast. Second attempt two fix the problem in two years.

These apartments are quiet, in a safe neighborhood, and managed very efficiently. However I had so many problems when I moved in, leaking pipes, no hot water, mold in the washer, wiring that messed up outlets in my apartment (made them blow the breaker and others just didn’t work), the blinds were messed up from the jump, and the oven didn’t work. I will say they were fixed in a very efficient time and manner and the maintenance here is lovely.
