These apartments are quiet, in a safe neighborhood, and managed very efficiently. However I had so many problems when I moved in, leaking pipes, no hot water, mold in the washer, wiring that messed up outlets in my apartment (made them blow the breaker and others just didn’t work), the blinds were messed up from the jump, and the oven didn’t work. I will say they were fixed in a very efficient time and manner and the maintenance here is lovely. The staff is very kind and has helped me with all... of these problems, just something to consider when renting here.

Water heater They came in aftwr hours and fixed the problem in about 40 minutes. Very pleasant, friendly and caring. Was and is pleased with this place.
