We just moved in and it has been the most pleasant experience. Tyler has been phenomenal. I messed up our key pick up time and showed up an hour before the office opened. After realizing I was there, he went ahead and opened up and started the process and was so nice about the mix up. The apartment is just beautiful. it gives you that old timey building feeling with the big, BIG windows and we can't wait to check out the amenities. yes, there is construction but it's a brand new building. So,... that is to be expected. I think it's kinda fun to watch everything "come up" This is the best lil neighborhood too. I’m writing this on 11/6/25. I was told construction would be done by september 2025. I am so sick of having to hear construction noises constantly. Management is NOT reliable at all. This place might be a nice place to live in 1-2 years. I’d avoid it until then.

The building should have been finished and when it does get finished it will be nice. Everything is working as it should since it is a new construction. However, the management is horrible. They do not communicate well, I have been given inaccurate information several times when asking different questions to the management team. None of the amenities have been opened, although at move-in they were a couple weeks away until a major building issue happened that has rendered all of the amenities... unusable. Every time you ask about the amenities they just say a couple of weeks after it's been a couple of weeks. At one point I lost internet for a week and had to work with the management almost daily to get it fixed. The management has no clue what they're doing, it feels like it's the first time they've ever managed a property. We've complained several times about the communication and they say they'll try to do better yet nothing ever changes. I have been a resident of this apartment for 7 weeks now, and I want to seriously caution other tenants from signing a lease in this apartment building. It is not worth the cost, and they are dishonest about the current state of the building. This place does not allow access to amenities and has poor management, and suffers from several construction issues (e.g., repeated false fire alarms, flooding, non-functional front doors, trash removal problems, and security concerns). The apartment is not... ready for tenants and may need 1–2 years before it is fully completed, and the management is more organized.
