Insurance Was the only complaint I have. I’ve had my insurance w SF for many years. It is quite an ordeal on every renewal of lease that I have to go to do much trouble. Like I said really my only ordeal .

Don't recommend the corporate office All of the staff that works here are great. Stacey, Amanda and Leaf are all friendly and try their best to solve problems. Unfortunately, they have to run everything by corporate, which takes a long time to get responses for which they add late fees to. They eventually reverse the fees, but everything is a GIGANTIC hassle. The app to pay rent is also cumbersome. I would never live here if my apartment and its location weren't great. Corporate almost... ruins the beautiful complex and great local staff.

PARKING Everything is amazing!!! But the parking is terrible!!! It’s horrible when you have to walk 1/2 mile at 6am in the rain just to get to your car
