Love the Nickel Plate Station If you want to live in the best apartment complex in Fishers, then you need to go to the Nickel Plate Station. From the leasing office to their maintenance team, they want to be sure you have every amenity offering. And if you do have a maintenance issue, their "crack team of navy seals" is there to triage and fix any defect you may have. I love being here, and look forward to more musical events on the square. Truly heaven!

Great Place in Downtown Fishers We had a great stay here after moving from out of state and living here for about 9 months.
The staff is friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They always handled maintenance requests within a day or two of experiencing any issues.
The amenities were great as well including the dog wash station, pool, and the gym. They also have a nice lounge area with a coffee machine and often have snacks available for residents. The terraces are well kept and the... hallways are cleaned regulalrly every week.
Our unit was mostly quiet on either side but could still hear noise from upstairs neighbors depending on the time of day.
Overall we had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for apartment in downtown Fishers who wants a quality experience within walking distance to a ton of shops and the trail.

Great experience living @ Nickel Plate Really enjoyed my time there, fairly priced (expensive) but for how nice it all is I would consider it fairly priced.

The Maintenance Team Rocks! I received immediate feedback on my request, which had already been completed ?? before I moved in (refrigerator filter). The whole facility is top notch and we are well taken care of here at Nickel Plate Station.
