We lived there for a year and recently moved out of Federal Hill Apartments. The apartment itself and all the amenities were all very nice, maintenance staff were all super kind and very efficient, but the apartment ownership and office staff sadly changed in the middle of our lease agreement and lets just say it wasn't the same kind and caring vibe as before. Our unit faced 32/Westfield road and was VERY LOUD with the fire station near by and other traffic passing through town, but I will add... that the location of being right in town and walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store was great, and the convenience of taking the elevator down to the Farmer's mkt and Federal hill commons concerts was definitely a plus!
