Growing better still Having nearly completed my first year in a brand new place, things keep improving. Latest: an outdoor light in the pet area! Really helps and may ‘spotlight’ those that feel they don’t need to keep it clean.
Staff is great and makes it welcoming everyday.

Great place, could be better for the price Great community to live in, however, you would expect it to be a bit better when it comes to maintenance and cleanliness. Don’t get me wrong, the maintenance crew is amazing but I think management should be a bit more vigilant when it comes to access doors having issues and also cleanliness. Like yesterday I notice that some person if it can be called that left trash by the entrance door on the west side of the garage. Should we have trash cans by the... building entrance in the garage, yes, but since we do not, people should take their trash upstairs. I mean, you have an apartment correct, you have a trash can in your apartment correct? Let’s not be pigs please. There are cameras in the garage and I think people should be accountable for their actions. Management, see who did it, go knock on the door. Completely unacceptable. Also, I have seen trash in the hallways and I am not talking about valet trash service, I am talking about trash on the floor, sometimes leaving a trail. Relocation Although my move from South Georgia has not been easy, I am extremely happy that I chose Hobbs Station to be my home as I returned to Indiana. The staff have been extremely helpful, all the way from move-in day, to getting small things fixed in the apartment, and helping me navigate daily life. I could not be more pleased with my choice.
