Overall Great Apartment
For the price, it's a great deal. As a female living alone, I appreciated that the community was gated and safe. Only issue is that the apartments smell like weed 90% of the time. Maintenance responds to requests. Neighbors keep to themselves. Lived here for 1 year before moving.

Best apartment I've lived in
I have lived in this complex since October now. It is the best place I've ever lived. Any time I've had anything go wrong, they always come out the next day to fix it when I've notified them. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love that I can use the gym and I don't even have to go outside to get to it. The laundry is easy to use and I've never had a problem needing to wait to use it. It is gated outside of business hours and the buildings lock from the outside, so I feel very safe here.... I can't wait until summer so I can enjoy the pool and tennis courts as well! I don't have any plans to live anywhere else while in indy because these are the best apartments I've ever lived in by far. Love love love this place, can't recommend it more.
