I have lived here on and off, leaving for college, for about 10 years total. Maintenance is really responsive and office staff is friendly. Location is good. I recommend it to anyone.

Terrible
Management is awful and incompetent. Get ready to call and dispute your bill every month when it's wrong. Maintenance doesn't know what they're doing. Appliances and amenities are old and outdated. Rent will skyrocket every year you live there and management will make zero improvements to your apartment.

Convenient, pleasant, and great neighborhood
I lived at greenfield crossing since 2013. It has been a very pleasant experience leasing from them. Issues that arose were typically fixed quickly. Grounds/pool area are well maintained. Would lease again.

Good!
I have lived here for four years. The apartments are in good condition. Any time I call for maintenance, things are fixed quickly. The staff is nice. I have enjoyed it & would recommend Greenfield Crossing to anyone looking for a decent apartment experience

WORST place I have ever lived
Staff is extremely rude! Apartments are not worth the money they charge for them!
