My experience at Albion on Lake Cook has been disappointing so far. The apartment was not properly cleaned or prepared before move-in, and several items that should have been addressed beforehand were not. I encountered broken doors and windows, appliance issues, paint and glue left on surfaces, and an overall lack of attention to detail. For a new resident, the first impression matters, and unfortunately mine has been frustrating. I hope the community takes move-in preparation and maintenance... concerns more seriously going forward.

The updated units are very spacious and well laid out. The new management team is helpful and very responsive. The walking paths around campus are kept clean and are an added morale and health benefit for residents. (Ok to sign AG)

Always responds very quickly! I noticed a door not locking to the building, then I submitted a ticket on my way out to work and it was already fixed when I got home. Awesome!
